the location was excellent (very close to public transportation!). the room had a private bathroom and air conditioning. we also had access to a shared kitchen with a kettle and toaster. these amenities.
the walls were quite thin, so i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

This location benefits of proximity to the train and water bus station. I was happy someone helped carry my suitcase up the long staircase. The staff was friendly, and helped me with directions.

The building sits within walking distance of Piazzale Roma. The location is next to a busy street. Still, inside, the place maintains a sense of calm and quiet, which I found nice after a day of travel.

Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the hotel, and the first floor requires climbing 23 steps.
Regarding shared bathrooms, will we be sharing with other guests or just among ourselves?
